Is the Armada Nismo engine the same one as the Nissan GT-R?

Well I guess I asked my question in the title. I don't know much about the Nissan brand. I'm a Lexus owner. I was thinking about moving over to Acura because I'm finding the Lexus SUV options boring. I like the MDX and even RDX. But this new Armada is pretty intriguing.
